Snapchat Has Launched a New 'Story Studio' App to Make Video Content Creation Easier
Snapchat has rolled out a new 'Story Studio' app to a restricted group of users, which allows you to build more intricate vertical movies that you can subsequently submit to the main app.
Story Studio, which was first unveiled at the company's Partner Summit in May, allows customers access to a variety of more in-depth editing tools for creating more complicated video segments.
To make your adjustments just perfect, use the frame-precise trimming, splitting, and timing tools. To tell your story, use layers and captions, followed by Snapchat Sounds. Try out the newest Lens that's all the rage, and add smooth transitions from one video to the next. Send it to Snapchat to share on your Story or Spotlight when you're ready.
As previously said, videos generated in the app can be exported to the main Snapchat app, as well as downloaded and shared to other platforms if desired. Meta has also recently released its Spark AR Go app, which simplifies the production of augmented reality.
Although Story Studio is not focused on augmented reality, it's intriguing to see both platforms unveil new, simpler creative apps to coincide with the holidays and increased social app usage. However, Story Studio is only available to a select few people. According to The Verge, the app is now only available as an "early version" to iOS users in the United States, United Kingdom, and Canada.
Even still, it could be a useful tool to have, particularly for individuals who want to utilize Snapchat for brand promotion and marketing.
